  • If your parcel is damaged, please try to take an image of it BEFORE you open the parcel. This will help in the case that any items inside are damaged beyond regular use and is caused by the courier. We require you to send us this within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • If there is something missing in your order, please send us a picture of your entire order with your packing slip within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Item In Transit: If your parcel is still in transit and it is 2-3 business days past your expected delivery date, please contact us so we can submit a case to the shipping carrier to see why there may be a delay.
  • Item Marked Delivered: If your parcel has been marked delivered and you have not received it yet, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for it to arrive. Sometimes it may be an early delivery scan, or you may receive the key to a larger box after a few days. We also recommend to ask around your household and concierge (if applicable) to see if they have seen the parcel. If it has passed 2 business days and your parcel has not arrived yet, please send us an e-mail.
